Incredients:

• 1 Cup Flour
• 3/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
• 1/2 Teaspoon Mace
• 3/4 Teaspoon Salt
• 1 Large Egg, beaten
• 2/3 Cup Sugar
• 3 Tablespoon Oil
• 1 Cup Banana, mashed

Mix ingredients, put into greased muffin tray, and bake at 350'F for 20 minutes.  Makes 9-10 full sized muffins.
