Chili

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 28 ounces canned tomatos
  • 14 ounces tomato sauce
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • 19 ounces kidney beans, canned, drained

 

Instructions:

  1. Cook and stir ground beef, onion and green pepper in large skillet until meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain off fat. Stir in remaining ingredients except kidney beans.
  2. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Stir in beans, heat.
