Chunky Potato Bacon Soup

Ingredients:

  • 3 White/Yellow Potatos
  • 1/2 Pound of Bacon
  • 1-2 Cups of Corn
  • 1 Can of Chicken Broth
  • Black Pepper
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Basil Leaves

 

Instructions:

  1. Cube cut bacon
  2. Dice potatos, make ready to add to soup.
  3. Fry bacon in soup pot. If lots of grease, drain desired amount out.
  4. Add potatos. Allow to fry in bacon grease for a few minutes.
  5. Add seasonings.
  6. Add chicken broth and corn.
  7. Bring to boil, then simmer for 20 minutes.
  8. Taste and adjust seasonings
