Lemon Loaf

Loaf Ingredients:
- 3 ounces Lemon Jello Powder mix
- 510 grams of lemon cake mix
- 4 Large Eggs
- 2/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
Topping Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
Instructions:
- Dissolve 3 lemon jello in 1 cup hot water.
- Blend together with cake mix (1 box), eggs, and oil. Beat for 4 minutes.
- Grease 2 loaf pans (8.5 x 4.5) and bake at 325'F for 30-40 minutes.
- When cooled for a few minutes, make holes in top of loaves with skewers and pour mixture of powdered sugar and lemon juice over loaves.
