Lemon Loaf

Loaf Ingredients:

  • 3 ounces Lemon Jello Powder mix
  • 510 grams of lemon cake mix
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 2/3 Cup Vegetable Oil

 

Topping Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Lemon Juice

 

Instructions:

  1. Dissolve 3 lemon jello in 1 cup hot water.
  2. Blend together with cake mix (1 box), eggs, and oil. Beat for 4 minutes.
  3. Grease 2 loaf pans (8.5 x 4.5) and bake at 325'F for 30-40 minutes.
  4. When cooled for a few minutes, make holes in top of loaves with skewers and pour mixture of powdered sugar and lemon juice over loaves.
