Scones

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 Cups Floor
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Raisins
  • 2 Tablespoons 2% Milk
  • 1 Large Egg, beaten

 

Instructions:

  1. Sift in dry ingredients and work in butter.
  2. Add raisins.
  3. Mix lightly into a dough by adding milk and egg.
  4. Form into small balls and sprinkle with sugar.
  5. Bake at 375'F for 10 minutes.
