Scones

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 Cups Floor
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1/2 Cup Raisins
- 2 Tablespoons 2% Milk
- 1 Large Egg, beaten
Instructions:
- Sift in dry ingredients and work in butter.
- Add raisins.
- Mix lightly into a dough by adding milk and egg.
- Form into small balls and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake at 375'F for 10 minutes.
