Sous-Vide Pork Side Ribs

Dry Rub Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

 

Apply dry rub to ribs.  Vacuum seal in bag.  Sous-vide for 24 hours at 160'F
